How To Backup Your Database Using Phpmyadmin, phpMyAdmin can export and restore your database Options

Warning!
phpMyAdmin can be used to empty tables or even delete your database. Please be careful when using it and do not leave yourself logged in on a public PC!

1. Login to phpMyAdmin

2. Select the database name from the left hand menu

3. Select Export

4. Select all tables

5. Select "Go" button

There are other options, if your database is large you should select one of the compression options to reduce the size of the download.


Where do I find PHPMyAdmin?

You can find a link to PHPMyadmin in your Helm Control Panel. After you have logged in select Domains, then your domain, then the "Database Manager" and you will see a link to PHPMyAdmin.
