SYMPTOMS
Setting up your site on a temporary location or during a server move you get "Invalid License" CAUSE The software uses the domain name to verify the license but your temporary setup uses a different name or just the IP address to access it. SOLUTION Add a line to your hosts file in this format: [Your IP] [Your Domain] For example: 123.123.123.123 yourdomain.com You can find your hosts file on your PC in the following directory (assuming C:\WINDOWS is the location of windows on your PC):- C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts You can use Notepad to open it. click START then RUN on your PC and paste the following in and it should open: CODE notepad C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts

If you are running the V3 script on a local PC you can use the attached file to overcome the "Invalid License" message:
localhost.zip ( 2.01K ) Number of downloads: 131 Unzip the files and place exchange.php in your /data folder. |
